FLEXIBLE CERAMIC PAD HEATERS

Manufactured from high grade materials Finn Heats flexible ceramic pad heaters have a working temperature capability of 1050^°C and can be powered from Finn Heats heat treatment units and centres, welding machines or Finn Heats mains voltage control units. The multi-strand nickel chrome element wire is electrically insulated by interlocking sintered alumina beads providing a flexible high heat transfer capacity mat, complete with camlock connectors. The cold tail is constructed from low resistance multi-strand 212 nickel which is of a greater cross sectional area than the core wire. These factors together with Finn Heats unique steel welding ferrule produce a strong low resistance cold junction.  The larger diameter beads which cover the junction also serve to indicate the position of the cold junction. The safe low voltage heaters rated at 30V; 40V; 60V and 80V are available in a wide range of sizes.  Mains Voltage Heaters of 220V and 240V are also available.  Other sizes and ratings can be supplied on request including Finn Heats special high watts density heater.
